What happens in this preview
The Join form currently validates information in your browser. It does not transmit it to our server or save it in browser storage. We do not currently install analytics, advertising or personalisation trackers.
Technical information
The production hosting environment may process IP address, timestamp, browser information and requested URL to deliver and secure the site. The production hosting provider, location and final log-retention period will be disclosed here before public collection begins. Fonts, brand assets and photographs are served from this site.
When signups open
We expect to process name, email, country, role and an optional LinkedIn or website address to respond to Join requests. The notice shown at collection will state the exact purpose, lawful basis, recipients, whether supply is voluntary, retention period and withdrawal route.
Venture submissions
The Ventures form is currently a local preview and transmits nothing. Before submissions open, it will process a submitter’s name and email together with venture information supplied for review. Accepted public profiles will be published only after review and permission; private contact details will not appear in the listing.
Retention
The proposed schedule is 12 months after last engagement for unanswered Join records and six years after withdrawal for a minimal consent or suppression record where one is needed. Security logs will normally be retained for 30–90 days unless an incident requires preservation. These periods will be confirmed before collection starts.
Processors and transfers
No form, email, analytics or database processor is active in this preview. Before launch we will identify every hosting, email, database, analytics and monitoring provider, its country, purpose, retention and transfer safeguard.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction or erasure, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Mauritius Data Protection Office.
Changes
Material changes will be dated on this page. Where a change affects an existing consent, we will request a new choice when required.
