Editorial governance

Evidence before assertion.

Effective 1 October 2026

AIpreneur publishes reporting and analysis for people building the AI economy. Accuracy, independence and transparent limits come before speed.

Evidence and sourcing

Every consequential or changeable factual claim must be traceable. We prefer legislation, regulators, original research, filings, first-hand documents and direct interviews. A press release proves what its issuer said; it is not independent confirmation. Disputed or reputational claims normally require two independent sources.

We attribute forecasts and opinions, retain a source record and never invent quotations, scenes, biographies or interviews. Illustrative photography is labelled.

Review

The author submits sources, conflicts and an AI-use declaration. An editor checks relevance and structure. Material claims are fact-checked. Allegations, regulatory guidance, privacy, intellectual property and elevated personal risk require legal review.

Independence and conflicts

Authors and editors disclose material employment, investment, advisory, gift, travel and personal relationships. We add a disclosure, reassign or decline the work. Sponsored material is unmistakably labelled and cannot bypass review.

AI use

AI may assist transcription, translation, research organisation, accessibility and drafting. It is never a source or final decision-maker. A human verifies every factual statement and remains accountable. Confidential or unpublished source material may enter only an approved system. Material synthetic media and substantive assistance are disclosed.
